Shipping Time:

Orders are delivered definately within 21 days .

Tracking:

The shipping of your parcel is trackable online. After your order is shipped out, a confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to you. 

Returning or Exchanging a Dress:

We take great pride in customer satisfaction, but if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please Contact Us via email to arrange a refund.

Please note that:
*Returns can only be accepted within 14 days provided that dress had not been worn or damaged. You are always protected by Paypal and you can email us for a refund or request a refund via Paypal. 

Please put your receipt piece and the product to be returned, into a parcel, and mail it back to us. 

Remember to keep your tracking number.
